Billing
The Outlaw Membership is billed annually at $599 per year. The Outlaw Ultra Membership is billed annually at $1199 per year. All memberships are billed in full at the time of purchase. Payment plans are available through Affirm or Klarna, Texas Outlaw Running Company receives payment in full at the time of sale, regardless of the member's selected payment arrangement.

No Refunds
All membership purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused race entries, unused membership time, or any other portion of the membership for any reason, including but not limited to injury, scheduling conflicts, relocation, or personal circumstances.

Injury Pause
Members experiencing an injury that prevents participation may request a membership pause of up to 90 days. Pause requests must be submitted to our team and are granted at our discretion. Your membership term extends by the length of the approved pause.

Cancellation
Memberships do not auto-renew. Your membership is active for 12 months from the date of purchase. There is nothing to cancel - your membership simply expires at the end of your term if you choose not to renew.

Race Entry Usage
Members receive 12 race entries per membership year valid for any qualifying Texas Outlaw Running Company and Outlast event within their membership tier. Entries are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not roll over into a subsequent membership year. Unused entries expire at the end of the membership term. If a qualifying event is canceled your entry will be returned and may be applied to any other qualifying event.

Membership Tiers
The Outlaw Membership covers 5K through marathon distances at any Texas Outlaw Running Company event. The Outlaw Ultra Membership covers all distances including 50K through 100 miles. Entries are non-transferable between membership tiers.

Upgrades
Members wishing to upgrade from Outlaw Membership to Outlaw Ultra Membership mid-year may do so by contacting our team. The member will be responsible for covering the price difference between tiers.

Membership Eligibility
Texas Outlaw Running Company reserves the right to revoke or deny membership to any individual for conduct that violates our event policies, code of conduct, or the terms of this agreement. No refund will be issued in the event of membership revocation due to policy violation.

Changes to Membership Terms
Texas Outlaw Running Company reserves the right to update membership pricing, benefits, and terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to active members in advance and take effect at the start of the next membership term.
